May 1st through the 7th is STEM Week Oregon 2017, a state-wide movement to raise awareness, celebrate and engage in activities involving science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).
Community Members come together identify assets and challenges around STEM and to generate action ideas to further the Oregon Coast STEM Hub goals in their region.

OCCC STEM Club will work on their high altitude balloon project (HAB). Video, pictures, and data from the recent flight will be reviewed following the recent balloon launch.
We are filling Camp Tilikum with STEM related exhibits and outdoor activities targeting homeschooling families as an open house on May 3 and 4.
