Governor Brown Proclaims May 1-8 Oregon STEM Week

Governor Kate Brown has issued a proclamation to announce Oregon STEM Week. Statewide activities during the week have been coordinated by Regional STEM Hubs, and will involve students, families, educators, community organizations, and businesses. STEM Week Oregon is a state-wide movement to raise awareness for applied learning opportunities, celebrate innovation and curiosity, and engage young people in creative, critical thinking, and problem-solving activities involving science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Events will run May 1-8, 2016.
