Are you a high school senior or college student interested in learning about how an in-district congressional office works?
Interns in the Beaverton office will assist the outreach staff and caseworkers, research local and national policy issues, help with constituent communication through mail and phone calls, and attend meetings with the Congresswoman – all while gaining valuable experience. Representative Bonamici is a member of the CTE caucus and an advocate for STEM and STEAM education.
Their office is committed to assigning interns to policy areas that interest them.
Internships are unpaid. They run throughout the fall, spring, or summer terms for high school seniors or college students. The hours are flexible and can accommodate students’ course schedules.
